Jet Source Hangar

Located on the Palomar Airport site, this aircraft hangar can store up to eight private jets. The structure is a pre-fabricated steel building supported on concrete foundations. The slab-on-grade is a post-tensioned slab designed to support various aircraft and loads. The total area is 45,000 SF.

Paseo Place Luxury Apartments

This 114,000 SF apartment, retail, and parking project was developed primarily for student housing and is located directly across the street from SDSU. The four-story apartments are wood framed and sit on top of second floor concrete podium. There is retail at the ground level below the podium with a subterranean parking garage below.
