The two-story medical office building, including lobby and core improvements totals 30,000 SF. The architectural mission style includes tile mansard roofs and wood framed trellises. The building is concrete and steel with exterior tilt-up concrete walls. There are also extensive site improvements.

Catheterization Laboratory

The project consists of tenant improvements to an existing hospital space. The improvements include support and attachment for floor mounted and ceiling mounted equipment. Surveys of the existing structure, as well as above ceiling ductwork and piping, were crucial to meet the schedule and insure there were no conflicts during construction.

ECRMC – Outpatient Clinic

Funded by the City of El Centro’s Redevelopment Incentive, the 11,000 square foot medical facility houses a primary care clinic, a children’s clinic, and a diabetes clinic, at the El Centro Regional Medical Center. Masonry exterior walls and steel framing were the primary structural materials.

Emergency Department Building

The new 7,000 SF building was constructed adjacent to the existing hospital to expand and relocate the emergency department. The structural materials consist of steel framing and exterior metal stud walls supported on a mat foundation. An ambulance porte-cochere and renovations to the existing hospital were also part of the project.

Colton High School – Math & Science Classroom Buildings

The construction of the buildings at the campus provides laboratory and math classrooms. The 46,000 SF project consists of two buildings constructed of steel, concrete, and metals studs. Between the buildings there is a connecting walkway with a feature stair and elevator. At the end of each structure there is a cantilevered stair tower.

Cajon Valley Middle School was an aging school that was completely redeveloped in four phases over a period of eight years. The new campus features multi-level buildings with modern amenities and a joint-use gymnasium.
