Job Title: Structural Project Manager
Wiseman + Rohy Structural Engineers is a San Diego-based structural engineering firm with nearly 50 years of history delivering technically excellent work across a broad range of project types. We are a collaborative team that takes pride in the quality of our work, the depth of our client relationships, and the tenure of our people. We are looking for a Project Manager to grow with us.
About the Role
This is a senior and client-facing position for an engineer who wants to have full ownership of projects. You will lead structural design across multiple project types and materials, manage client relationships directly, and see projects through from concept to construction. Our work spans educational, healthcare, commercial, industrial, entertainment, and civic facilities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 years minimum of structural engineering experience in a consulting environment
- Professional Engineer license in California
- Proficiency in the design of concrete, steel, masonry, and wood structures
- Experience with structural analysis software (RAM, ETABS, RISA, or similar)
- Experience managing projects and client relationships concurrently with active design work
- Strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to client service

Estimated base salary range: $90,000–$120,000 based on experience and skills.
