The project consists of four single-story retail buildings for a total of 81,000 SF. The structures have complex shapes and are designed with a high level of architectural detail. Stone veneer, curved elements, towers, and extensive site work are incorporated into the project. The buildings are wood framed with a lateral system of plywood shear walls.
