This building is a multi-level central plant, a data center, and a two-story cogeneration plant. The plant generates the power for all the needs of three adjacent buildings. The construction consists of concrete over metal deck supported by steel beams and concrete block walls. Numerous concrete pads on the floors and roof were required to support the heavy equipment. Extensive coordination was required to support and attach the equipment, piping and conduits.
