This retail lifestyle center is comprised of seven one and two-story buildings totaling 183,000 SF. The architectural style incorporates unique facades for each retail space. A bowling alley on the second floor over retail space below required special sound and vibration considerations to be incorporated into the structural design. The construction materials are wood, steel, and concrete, with lateral systems of plywood shear walls and steel frames.
