Located in the exclusive area of La Costa, this unique retail center consists of fourteen buildings that total 280,000 SF. As a focal point, there is a 55-foot tall clock tower with water features located at the center of the project. Due to the sloping site, one of the main buildings has a concrete wall that is tied-back below the floor slab. Concrete, steel, masonry, and wood are the primary structural materials, with lateral system consisting of wood and masonry shear walls, and steel frames.
