The building is five-stories with a basement for a total of 250,000 SF. The spaces include high end laboratory, conference facilities, and a full two-level lecture hall. There is a rooftop garden and a connecting pedestrian bridge to an adjacent parking structure. The project also includes a multi-level cogeneration power plant and data center.
